A
member of United Party for National Development (UPND) in Zimbabwe, has
been jailed and fined Twelve Kwacha (K12) by the Monze Magistrate
Court.

A 24-year-old identified as Shila Hamukale, has been sentenced to
prison for 21 days and fined K12 by the Monze Magistrate Court sitting
in Zimbabwe for indecent exposure.
The woman was apprehended on 8th June, 2017 for indecent exposure
of her bare breasts in public while demanding for the release of the
country's opposition leader, Hakainde Hichilema.
The outspoken woman who has been christened Julia Chikamoneka after
the fierce liberation struggle icon where she led half n*ked protests.
It was gathered that Hamukale who was found guilty of idling and
disorderliness and jailed for 21 days, appeared in a video which went
viral on social media demanding the release of Mr. Hichilema.
In the 41 seconds video which was shot at Monze bus station,
Hamukale is seen bouncing around while bragging that she is a “Matako
(buttocks) ya Monze” (loosely translates dependable lady around town)
while demanding that Mr. Hichilema be released.
She warned that if Hichilema is not released, she will fully undress so that President Edgar Lungu sees her plea.
