A man has murdered his own neighbour in cold blood before proceeding to leave his dismembered manhood next to dead body.

Jeffrey Barry, a 56-year-old man, has been accused of killing his neighbour, cutting off his p*nis and leaving it lying next to him.
A report by Daiy Mail UK reveals that the body of the victim, Kamil Ahmed, a man in his late 40s, was found at a block of flats for people with mental health problems on July 7 last year.
An initial court hearing heard his penis was found next to him.
Jeffrey Barry, a resident of the block, was arrested and charged on suspicion of his murder before appearing at Bristol’s Magistrates’ Court later that month.
The 56-year-old’s mental health is being assessed before the trial, which starts on October 3 and is due to last up to two weeks.
It will be presided over by Mrs Justice May, prosecuted by Adam Vaitilingham QC and defended by David Jeremy QC.
The jury will hear from witnesses and toxicology experts.
Mr Barry was not present at a mention hearing at Bristol Crown Court yesterday.
When he was arrested he was taken to hospital with an arm injury.
The supported flats in Knowle near Bristol are run by a charity called The Milestone Trust.
Bristol Safeguarding Adults Board confirmed it was considering the need to launch a review into the incident.
