On Saturday 9th December 2017, hundreds of young Nigerians showed up in the Abuja, Lagos and Ibadan audition venues for an opportunity to feature in the next Big Brother Naija reality show for 2018 and battle for the grand prize worth N45Million.
With most Music and Nollywood talent shows now rested, Big Brother Naija has become very attractive to ambitious youths and many of them stood up to the heavy downpour and didn’t let it deter them from striving to be the next big thing in Nigeria.
One of the contestants who spoke to NET that she had gotten to the venue as early as 6a.m and was ready to give it her best shot.
According to her, Big Brother Naija this year will be fun, N45Million worth of prices is a lot. “I think it’s a booster for anyone who wants to thrive in the entertainment industry, and then, there is free food” she said.
