A suspected thief got more than he bargained for after he was apprehended by residents in Abakaliki area of Ebonyi state.
According to reports, the man was tracked down by a group of youths after he allegedly stole a phone.
He was stripped off his shirt, tied up and beaten mercilessly before they handed him over to the local security agents in the area.
